Summary:

Badain Jaran Desert is one of China’s four major deserts, he has the generality of all deserts, namely, it is so drought that shapes the hopeless beauty and so beautiful that holds inexpressible desert scenery. Badain Jaran Desert is famous for its five most fabulous scenes, namely, abrupt and grotesque peaks, lakes, temple, magical springs, singing sand.

Itinerary:

Day 1: Lanzhou

Lanzhou arrival, transfer to hotel.
Overnight: Lanzhou

Day 2: Lanzhou – (500km) – Shandan Horse Farm

Activities: Get up early to departure from Lanzhou, drive to Military Shandan Stud.
Photography: Danxia landform of Kushui Town, sunset of Military Shandan Stud.
Overnight: Military Shandan Stud

Day 3: Military Shandan Stud – (380km) – Jinta County

Activities: Get up early to continue in the Shandan Horse Farm to shoot, and then drive to Jinta County to shoot.

Overnight: Jinta County

Day 4: Jinta County – (350km) – Ejina Banner

Activities: Get up early to drive to Ejina Banner, and then enter into the strange forest after arriving.
Photography: choose shooting along the way, and shoot the strange forest of Ejina Banner, populus euphratica forest.

Overnight: Ejina Banner

Day 5: Ejina(Ejin) Banner

Activities: Get up early to go to Ejina Banner to shoot populus euphratic forest.
Photography: sunrise of first bridge, reflection of second bridge and fourth bridge, populus euphratic forest of seventh bridge and desert of eighth bridge.
Overnight: Ejina Banner

Day 6: Ejina Banner – (490km) – Alashan Right Banner

Activities: Get up early to drive to Alashan Right Banner.
Photography: Haisenchulu Strange Stone Park.
Overnight: Alashan Right Banner

Day 7: Alashan Right Banner – (100km) – Badain Jaran Desert

Activities: Get up early to go to Badain Jaran Desert to shoot.
Photography: Desert light and shadow, lake, camel team, sunset light.
Overnight: Badain Jaran Desert

Day 8: Badain Jaran Desert – (380km) – Zhangye

Activities: Get up early to continue to shoot in the Badain Jaran Desert, and then return to Alashan Right Banner, after lunch transfer to Zhangye’s Danxia National Geological Park and along the way to shoot Pingshanhu Grand Canyon.

Day 9: Zhangye

Activities: Get up early to drive to Zhangye’s Danxia Landform to shoot, and drive to Ice ditch Danxia of Sunan in the afternoon

Day 10: Zhangye – (560km) – Lanzhou

Activities: Get early to departure from Zhangye, return to Lanzhou,and then finish the happy photography tour.
