China Highlights with Shanghai Disneyland

Day 01 Arrival in Beijing

Day 02 Beijing

Tiananmen Square: the largest city center square in the world. It is also the place that the national flag rising ceremony is held every day.
Forbidden City: an unparalleled masterpiece of Chinese palace architecture. It was the dwelling palace of 24 emperors in the Ming and Qing Dynasties (1368 – 1911).
Summer Palace: a typical classic Chinese garden. Apart from enjoying the sightseeing, you can row a boat with your family on Kunming Lake.

Day 03 Beijing

Mutianyu Great Wall:  It is a well-preserved section noted for its unique style. The round-trip cable car is arranged for you, but there is still some distance that needs to be covered on foot. On arrival on the wall, you can enjoy the fresh air and enchanting scenery.
Sacred Way: a wide and long road leading to the Ming Tombs’ complex along which you can take a relaxing stroll.
Bird’s Nest: The Olympic events of track and field, football, gavelock, weight throw and discus were held there. Since October 2008, after the Olympics ended, it has been opened as a tourist attraction.

Day 04 From Beijing to Xian

Beijing Zoo: The Giant Panda is regarded as the national treasure of China. There, your children can learn about panda’s living habit. When pandas are eating, you can record this amusing moment with camera.
Hutong alleys: the culture and history of local Beijing people’s lives by visiting the must-see old Hutong alleys. Drop by a local family and chat with them, you will learn more interesting stories of this city.
A high speed train to Xian. Railway station to hotel transfer.

Day 05 Xian

Terracotta Army Museum: It is a large underground military museum of the Qin Dynasty (221 – 207BC), with countless excavated pottery figures, weapons, and horses. Your family will have a fruitful lesson about the ancient history.
Small Wild Goose Pagoda: a Buddhist tower surviving from the Tang Dynasty (618 – 907). Frequently, you can see students painting there.

Day 06 From Xian to Guilin

City Wall: It is the best-preserved wall from the Ming Dynasty (1368 – 1644) in China. Cycling on the wall with your family will be cool and fantastic as well as memorable experience.
Muslim Street: here are a lot of souvenir shops, where your children can select some gifts.
A local family visit: You have a chance to learn from the hostess how to cook Chinese dishes.
Fly to Guilin. Airport-hotel transfer.

Day 07 From Guilin to Yangshuo

Li River cruise to Yangshuo, Countryside trip.
the best way to appreciate the natural landscape. Enjoy the soft breeze from the river and embrace the picturesque scenery on the riverbanks. There is no more fun thing than chatting, napping or photo taking on the deck. Everyone finds their own way to relax.

Day 08 Yangshuo

Free time for the day：To have an in-depth tour in the Yangshuo countryside, you and your family can hire the bicycles to sightsee. Great Banyan and Moon Hill are good destinations. There you will enjoy pleasant mood and fresh air.

Day 09 Yangshuo – Guilin – Shanghai

Reed Flute Cave: In the cave, you will see the wonder of karst. There are a lot of stalactites with unique shapes. Under the simmering light, it looks like a fairyland.
Elephant Trunk Hill: Located on the bank of the Li River, the hill appears to be an elephant dipping the water from the river. The hill also has rich cliff carvings, with the history dating back to 1,000 years ago.
Fly to Shanghai. Airport-hotel transfer.

Day 10 Shanghai

Urban Planning Exhibition Hall: located at the People’s Square in the city center. There are models of the city plan, giving you a complete overview of the city.
Yuyuan Garden: Yu Garden or Yuyuan Garden is an extensive Chinese garden located beside the City God Temple in the northeast of the Old City of Shanghai

The Bund: Shanghai’s famous waterfront landmark. Take an excursion along the Bund, and enjoy the soft breeze from the Huangpu River.
Shanghai Disneyland: Shanghai Disneyland Park is the 1st Disneyland Park in mainland China, and the 2nd Disneyland Park in China. It is 3 times bigger than the Hong Kong Disneyland Park. The park includes 6 themed lands.
