Itinerary:

D1: Xining

Xining arrival, transfer to hotel.
Overnight: Xining

D2: Xining —- Tongren (Guomari Monastery)

Activities: Get up early to go to Guomari Monastery in Tongren. In the morning, shoot activities of Morning Tea in Guomari Monastery. In the afternoon, shoot Thangka Unfolding Ceremony in Guomari Monastery.

D3: Tongren —- Labrang Temple

Activities: Get up early to take pictures of dawn scenery of the Tibetan area, and then go to Tongren’s Wutunxia Monastery to shoot religious dances. In the afternoon, go to the Labrang Monastery.

D4: Labrang Monastery

Activities: Get up early to shoot the dawn of Labrang Monastery, and then Main Assembly Hall Square to shoot the scene that Lama debate and chant sutras.
Photography: Shoot Tibetan costumes, Tibetan worship, scene of Lama hearing sutras, monastery’s architecture . And then go to Langmusi Town.
Overnight: Labrang Monastery

D5: Labrang Temple —- Langmusi Temple

Activities: After breakfast, shoot life scenes of Tibetan people on the grassland. After arriving in Langmusi Temple, in the afternoon, shoot the monks who is preparing the activities of Thangka Unfolding Ceremony in Langmusi Temple and Ge’erdi Temple. In the evening, shoot night scenery of Langmusi Temple in Ge’erdi Temple.

D6: Langmusi Temple —- Tongren

Activities: Get up early to shoot Thangka Unfolding Ceremony in Langmusi Temple and in the afternoon, go to Tongren.

D7: Rongwo Monastery

Activities: Get up early to shoot the Tibetan morning fog and sunrise scenery. In the morning, shoot cultural activities in Rongwo Monastery. In the afternoon, shoot Thangka Unfolding Ceremony.

D8: Rongwo Monastery —- Lanzhou

Activities: Get up early to shoot dawn of Rongwo Monastery. In the morning shoot religious activities in Rongwo Monastery, and in the afternoon return to Lanzhou.
Photography: Shoot Tibetan people who turn the mountain and turn the temple and folk customs.
