Route:

Chengdu – Langmusi Town – Flower Lake –- Zhagana – Tangke – Aba(Ngawa)- Nianbaoyuze Mountain – Hongyuan County- Chengdu

Summary:

Zoige Grassland(Ruoergai Grassland) has charming and unique natural scenery, where national customs are simple and colorful. The first bend of the Yellow River is zigzag and graceful, which likes a magnificent eye-catching emerald, inlayed in the border of northwest Sichuan. It is known as the oases in Plateau of Northwest Sichuan. Also, there are Nianbaoyuze Mountain, Zhagana and Aba(Ngawa).

Itinerary

Day1: Chengdu

Chengdu arrival, transfer to hotel.
Overnight: Chengdu

Day 2: Chengdu – (570km) – Langmusi Town (altitude 3300m)

Activities: Get up early to drive by Wenchuan, Maoxian, Chuanzhu Temple to Langmusi Town.
Photography: Tibetan style, Chuanzhu Temple, grassland scenery.
Overnight: Langmusi Town

Day 3: Langmusi Town – (37km) – Flower Lake – (160km) – Zhagana

Arrangement: shoot panorama of Langmusi Town, after breakfast drive to Flower Lake to shoot, in the afternoon return to Langmusi Town to have lunch, and then drive to Zhagana.

Day 4: Zhagana – (220km) – Tangke (altitude 3200m)

Activities: Get up early to shoot dawn of Stone City, Tibetan style, and then ride to the Tangke.
Photography: Zhagana, grassland scenery along the way and sunset of the first bend of the Yellow River.
Overnight: Tangke

Day 5: Tangke – (200km) – Aba(Ngawa) (altitude 3200m)

Activities: Get up early to travel to Aba(Ngawa), pass through Waqie Township to shoot Tibetan prayer flags.
Photography: Vernacular dwellings of Aba(Ngawa) and Tibetan prayer flags in Waqie Township.
Accommodation: Aba(Ngawa)

Day 6: Aba(Ngawa) – (130km) – Nianbaoyuze Mountain ( altitude 3600m)

Activities: Get up early to shoot dawn of Aba(Ngawa), and then ride to Nianbaoyuze Scenic Area .

Overnight: Jiuzhi County

Day 7: Nianbaoyuze Mountain – (200km) – Hongyuan County (altitude 3600m)

Activities: Get up early to enter Nianbaoyuze Scenic Area again, and then ride to Hongyuan County.

Day 8: Hongyuan County – (450km) – Chengdu

Activities: Get up early to Moon Bay to shoot grassland sunrise, and then ride back to Chengdu with the end of the happy photography tour.
